In a recent series of protests for more than 2 weeks across United States of America, regarding the death of black native George Flyod by white police officer in Minneapolis, Minnesota on charge of suspicion for passing a counterfeit bill at a market (Using imitated currency) has shocked the world. The incident has raised many divergent questions on the executive, legislative, and the judiciary, which are the base of US constitution.

The discrimination is not novel; there is a history of racism & racial discrimination in the USA starting from the Slavery days which resulted in civil war followed by Job discrimination in the early era of the country & segregation (Different school, places, parks for white & black people).
In the recent event of COVID-19 it has also been witnessed by the people of the country that black people are getting sicker and dying at higher rates from the novel corona virus than white people although there is no official report certifying the same but, the Black African American community is the ground zero of COVID-19. It is clearly visible that American government has failed to justify the word Democracy in the country despite the fact that the country was ruled by a black president for almost a decade in recent history. The roots of the country are watered by the blood of racism.
The failing non-discrimination system of USA & over the top increasing cases of racial discrimination in the country has led the government into the custody of people. Similar incident was witnessed in the Delhi Riots 2020 where, recently Delhi Police filed charge sheet naming members of ruling party of the state for their conspiracy in the same. Also, there was a series of funding involved by the members of the party with counting to more than 1 cr. to support these communal violence activities.

These are the same riots for which “The United States Commission on International Religious Freedom” (USCIRF) expressed their grave concern. USCIRF Chair Tony Perkins stated, “The ongoing violence we are witnessing in Delhi and the reported attacks against Muslims, their homes and shops, and their houses of worship are greatly disturbing. One of the essential duties of any responsible government is to provide protection and physical security for its citizens, regardless of faith. We urge the Indian government to take serious efforts to protect Muslims and others targeted by mob violence.” However, when the truth comes out differently from the investigating agency USCIRF does not think that it is their responsibility to make an public apology for the false claims. It claims that minorities are in danger in the country. What USCIRF failed to understand is that with such a diverse & huge population, India has succeeded in creating an environment of trust among its citizens with limiting cases of communal violence across the length & breadth of the country.

USCIRF should also know that despite the fact that India is a Muslim minority country, we never discriminate any one on the base of religion. One of the biggest examples of this can be seen in the year 1988 when television series of Ancient Hindu mythology “MAHABHARAT” was filmed for the viewers & the lead roles of Ghatotkach, Hidimba & Arjun were played by Razak Khan, Shahla Khan Arjun Firoz Khan.
